How do you do contracts for schoolies who come full time in Hols?

I have an after schoolie starting and she's gonna be coming 3 days a week after school, but in holidays she'll be all day. How do you word this in your contract? I'm using NCMA ones...

Just make notes in the section of the contract saying the hours and times are different in holidays...

And note what your charges are if, for example, you charge maybe sessions for before / after school and day rates in hols etc.

I use NCMA contracts and this is what I do.

Also note what you will charge during school holidays if time is taken off - if you charge in full for parents holidays then you should include the amount in the notes box just so there is no confusion.
