Default own children havong friends over????

Hi in the process of registering, just started dhc.
I was just wondering ho it works if your own children want someone round to play while you are minding. Do you have to count they? Thanks

Yes, you do have to count them in your numbers. Not so bad if they are over 8yrs old but I found it a good excuse to not have too many kids over as the whole street wants to come to my house sometimes

I agree Ripeberry - it's a great excuse not to have kids to tea Although I now don't have afterschoolers on a Thursday so my DD has cottoned on to the fact that she can have friends over then!
