    Default Room risk assessments

    Hi all

This may sound like a silly question but day 2 of risk assessing my house so brain has gone fuzzy lol.

Where I have a column for date done, is it ok to put ongoing and DRA to say I will check this in my daily risk assessment. Also as I am not minding yet is it acceptable to put date due for changes as pre-reg visit?

How long would you leave after an initial Room RA before reviewing it?

Thanks in advance for your help

    Yes that's fine.

They are your risk assessments so you should personalise them to the way you work.

Changes are usually made annually and when necessary (such as if something changes or there is new legislation).

    Annually and as required

Thanks in advance for your help
    I hope that helps!

Thanks so much Sarah! I bought your ebook to do them (It's fantastic!) and wanted to double check before carrying on...I need to learn to trust my instincts more often!

    Thank you
