swivel wheel not needed so old instep is the one I am looking for.
Looking on Ebay but they are too expensive or too far away with pick up only. Live in East Sussex.

Sorry not got one to sell, but I bought mine off ebay last year for £60. It's the old instep one and the condition of it was fine. I kept looking until one came up at the right price.
