Question Help with paperwork for un-married separated parents

Hi. Have just taken on a new mindee and the parents are un-married and now separated. Is there anything I need to do extra i.e. paperwork? I have got them both to sign the child record form and all the permission forms but just wondered if anyone knows if there is anything else I need to do?

Not as far as I know and I think you have done the right thing in getting both to sign. Which parent has PR, are there any custody issues that you need to be aware of etc etc. so long as the parents agree about who is picking up and when so there are no ' mix up's I guess you got it covered.

Thanks for that, it's always best to check and this forum is really great for everything. They both have PR hence the reason why I got both to sign everything. They get on well so I don't think there will be any problems... hopefully!! Thanks again.
