    Default Emergency Variation

How do i go about getting one?

I work alongside another cm but im having to go away as my father-in-law is passing away and i want to be with my mum-in-law when he goes as she is nursing him from home.

we are ok for numbers this week as some of the children are on holiday but if he lasts the weekend (which is doubtful) next week the other cm will be one child over her numbers do you think Ofsted will grant an emergency variation for this and if so how do i go about it?

Phone them, you've got nothing to lose! My friend got an emergency variation for a week when a parent of a child was passing away and then passed away in order that mum could be with dad and child stay longer with childminder (iyswim). x
