Default Explaining what learning journal is

I want to type up an explanation of what a learning journal is to put into the front of all my learning journals but I'm struggling.

Any suggestions as to what to say. The idea is that it gives parents a bit of an indication that I've worked blooming hard on them and that they are important so please respect them and look after them!!!

Thank you for this. I have saved it but changed the heading from Mothers and Fathers to Parents/Guardians/Carers as the child is not always with a parent
