New mindee's are like Buses. All come at once

I cannot believe how many phone calls I've had regarding little ones....They are all from word of mouth as well ...

I hadn't had to many call up until just lately, but also didn't need to fill space's.
I started advertising about 3/4 weeks ago ready for 3 mindee's leaving in September & it's just madness. I've even had parents of mindee's texting me to see if they can pass my number on as they have recommended me..just wish i had space to fit them all in because I'd be a millionaire come next Xmas

I have passed other CM numbers onto the parents so hope they find what they need as come October I'm packed to the rafters.

That's fantastic . Wish I could say the same. I am losing one of mine in August which leaves me with only 2 lo's on a Wednesday and that's it! There doesn't seem to be any parents wanting care here at the moment
