Please can you help me end my letter?

Heres what i have so far


I am writing as per our conversation on the 21st June, to confirm in writing that due to personal circumstances I will be adjusting my opening hours from 1st September 2010.

The new hours of opening will be 9am – 6pm Mon – Thur.

I understand that this will impact on our current contract and therefore giving you as much notice as possible.

I understand you will need time to discuss and look into your options, please let me know your decision as soon as possible. If you would like a place for *** from September within these new hours I will be happy to hold it for you through the holidays at no charge.

What can i put to finish off the letter?

Personally I wouldn't put please let me know as soon as possible, I think I would say I would appreciate it if you could let me whether you would want a place in September by x date, and leave out the bit about not charging - could come back a bite you in the bum! Then a simple Regards at the bottom.
