    Default Photograph question

I am just sorting through some photos to go in learning journals. Can i use a photo if there is another child in it, but you can only see the back of their head? (well, hat actually) Or do i need to cut them out?
Also, it's ok to have my son in them isn't it?

You should have permission to put one child's photo in another child's LJ.

Although if it's just the hat I can't see that being a problem

I have permission to because I think it is odd to do a Learning Journal for a child as if they are on their own.

All my current parents have become friends since their children have been with me and they often get together at the weekend and holidays. I think they would find it strange if there were not any pictures of them all doing things together.
