might seem like a stupid question but how much time does your assistants spend looking after mindees on thier own???

What does a short period of time mean???

I am registered for 2 assistants and when they are CRB'd, have first aid, reached level 2 qual and I deem them suitable I have permission from parents to leave them for up to two hours in sole charge of children. This can be on or off the premises so they can do school run, go park, etc and take some mindees with them. I ask for permission from parents to leave them for a short period of time (no more than two hours) or if they prefer they can specify a time period or of course say no they can only be with me.
