    Default hand, foot adn mouth?

Hello - 1 of mindees came into contact with a child who has since been diagnosed with hand foot and mouth (under my watch! )

I googled it and its nothing to panic about just like a really mild chicken pox

I have informed the parents of the mindee and she is keeping her off today 'just in case she gets sick' although i told her am open as normal so she will be charged.

BUT....what else do i need to do, ive cleaned and disinfected everything in sight, do i need to tell ofsted? or fill out an incident form or what? Help

    thanks

you don't, it's very common and very contagious. The schools advice is not to exclude but I do as if you catch it you could be off for days. I would exclude for at least 3 days until spots/blisters have cleared.
