Do any of you have a Vauxhall Zafira?

Sorry if this is not the right place to post but thought it may be the most popular!

So does anyone have one? an older one as opposed to the new ones..2000-2003 probably..just wondering if you managed to get a double buggy (stroller type) in it while all the seats were up? just looked at a friends and it looks tight.

i have a 2005 Zaferia, i can fit my umbrella fold double in the back with the seats up just!

I have a 2008 and can just get my double stroller in, my friend has a 2003 and cant even get a single stroller in hers, she has the Club version mine is an Exclusiv

Thanks ladies..it's the older ones though we are looking at..the 2000 to about 2003/4 ish..guessing the newer ones are bigger then?! at worst i will try and fit in my friends car!

I bought a Peugot 807 this afternoon ( ) and it has stacks and stcks of room, plus it's more economical than the Zafira.....

I hated my zafira because the boot was so small. Now have a hyundai trajet which has more boot space (not loads but much better) and you can fold down the middle row middle seat if you only have 4 kids in back so you can see the ones in the boot. Much easier to get in and out of boot seats too

I also have a 2005 Zaferia, I can get an umbrella fold double buggy from Tescos in the boot with all seats up. The only problem is I can't get a rain cover for it.

We have a 2001 zafira. I have fitted a tandem pushchair in the boot before, but I had to close the boot very very slowly because I was worried about it punching out my back window. I have never tried with an umbrella fold twin, because my umbrella fold was a HUGE pushchair, much longer and wider than usual.
It is easy to fit a single stroller in though with all seats up, so if you had a compact twin stroller then I imagine you could just about get away with it.

I have the 2003 club and can get my single maclaren in no problem. Have yet to find a double that fits unless with on seat down.

I had a 52 Zafira club and managed to fit my side by side twin buggy in the boot with all 7 seats in use, no problem.
Now I have a 04 Previa which is much roomier, no limit on buggies in the boot space.
