My DS is poorly....

again... just had him at the docs, as he's covered from head to toe in a horrible rash. Doc said its a virus and he's probably not recovered from the last virus 3 weeks ago. I'm to continue giving him calpol... (god knows what we did before calpol!!)

Anyhow i'm supposed to have some mindees tomorrow, so asked the doctor if contagious, he said yes, all virus's are contagious, so I should warn the parents. I will do have just tried to ring the mum now, but I know that she won't bring her LO to me as she won't want her to catch anything. (cotton wool wrapped up comes to mind!)

So I'll probably be getting the rest of the week off, at this rate, my kids are going to bankrupt me... lol...

Sorry to hear your son is poorly, I hope he gets better really soon, If you do get the week off I suppose you could do some activity plans/catch up on paper work then you wont have to do it in th eevenings an weekends

Oh your poor bairn, when the my kids had this tummy upset they came out in a rash just before, raised red spots which then disappeared under the skin and very itchy (I thought it was chicken pox at first).

How your young man feels better real soon xxx

thats interesting, he had an upset tummy a couple of weeks ago for a week, now the rash, sounds very similar.. ( I thought chicken pox too as it seems to be going around here)

We had the upset tummy followed by a rash here too. Rash lasted 36-48 hours. Hope he is feeling better soon.

My son also has been under the weather and has a spotty rash but i thought it might be measles, docs said it was viral

Viral Infection seems to be the docs answer to everything these days

Exhausted, and my hubby is away on business, never mind only brownies run to do then I can go bed...

nope hes no better today, had to call emergency doc out last night, poor little mite was screaming in so much pain, it was awful. We've both had a total of 3 hours kip.. am shattered.

just put him down for a nap now so going to try and have one myself too, but feel past sleep now.. I hate that.. so annoying.. .lol .!!
