    Default quick contract question

    Good morning all!

I've got an 8 year old starting with me next week. He would normally just be after school, but as it's half term I've got him from 8am-5.30pm. I was just wondering if I have to do 2 different contracts for him, as obviously payment will be quite a bit more on his first week with me.

    Look forward to your advice.

    Hels xx

ive always just done the one contract and put the hours down as A = term time and B = school holidays and wrote a note to explain in the notes section - I use NCMA contracts so not sure what spaces you have on MM ones

I do the same as tash but if the hols are not regular I add normal hours and fees with a comment in the big section stating additional hours must be booked a minimum of 2 wks in advance and will be charged at the normal hourly fee, this allows the flelability to alter and charge more when needed.

I write clearly on the contract term time fees = and school holiday fees = and the days and hours of each. I also use NCMA contracts
