I've been asked to give parent references to new parents .. I was wondering how many of you do this.. or do you have testimonials?

I would like to collate testimonials.. and am wondering if you have done this if
you have specific questions you ask.

i have references for parents to see on initial visit off my old manager, (nursery manager) and off parents both past and present. ofsted liked it when he came to inspect!!
