Do we need signed permission forms for when the parent requests for us to use teething gel and nappy rash cream???????

I have permission slips for nappy cream (have never given teething gel) and I ask parents to supply the cream too

I have a permition for both of them, actually teething gel is added on a non prescribed medicine policy. Parents must provide cream or teething gel

If parents have provided nappy cream and it's in the bag I would use it if I had to and don't have a permission form or signature required for this.

For teething gel I put it in my medication book and and get parent to sign.
