Just a quick question.

What do people think of taxi school run service without an adult?

who's suggestions is that? yours or the parent?

if the parent has suggested it and you are happy with it then its classed as self arrival, you need summin in writing to state that you are not responsable for the child until he/she arrives at your setting.

personally I would not allow it unless the child is of senior school age.

My neighbour has a taxi service for his daughter as she attends a special school miles away but there are always two people in the taxi with her. One is the driver and the other is a minder. Both have been CRB checked. I don't think this can be done unless there is at least two adults present.

My stepson has a taxi from his mothers nr norwich all tthe way overto colchester to his specialist school, just him and the taxi driver
driver has been crb checked
