I know there is a form to fill in and it is on the downloads. EY2??

Do I need to print the whole 20+ pages out to fill in and which bits do I need to fill in anyway as lots looks like it is for assistants?

Do I do it now or when she turns 16?

Ofsted sent me the forms I needed when my boys turned 16, so I just completed the bits I needed to (not very much considering the length of the forms!) and sent them back. Their CRBs were through really quickly.

So do I contact Ofsted first then? Or does the form get sent automatically as they know her DOB I think? Don't want to trigger an inspection as we moved last year and not been visited yet!!

I rang Ofsted and they send me something in the post.

I couldn't do anything until after her birthday though
