    Question policies

    I will be working from another childminders house alongside her, will we both need policies? or to we work from the same lot? not sure how it would work. do i have to have them ready for ofsted?

    I would say that you need to work together on one set of policies (why would you need two different sets) and you need to do them together so you agree on them. Don't think you need them for your pre reg visit but would be useful to have a list of ones you were going to have (but I did have mine in place for my pre reg visit and don't think there is any harm in doing them now one less thing for when you are working)
