Folders getting full ?

can't see my original post, computors gone weird so I'll start again.
I have ring bind folders for each child with dividers so under one divider is art work then indiv planning then PSED with obs relating etc etc.
Well my folders are getting full now I think because there is so much art work in it, any advice please on what I can do ?

I keep the odd bit of artwork in the mindee's journals but if its too big I take a picture and put that in and send the artwork home.

How about taking photos of the artwork to put in the folder and giving the originals to the parents. This would take up less room. Hth

I don't have any art work/craft in their folders because they always want to take it home....so i use photos all the time

I keep some of the art work but mostly will go home to parents, after I take a picture

I have a lever arch folder for mindee who has been here a year and it's not even half full yet. I tend to take more pics and just put the odd piece of artwork in it like everyone else does.

Me too, artwork goes home or on the wall until I change the theme. I use photos of artwork in files

Hi... I would take photos and keep some artwork maybe in a wallet to show Ofsted.
