website problems

Is anyone else having problems with webs.com? I am trying to look at my website but it won't load. Just wondered if anyone else is having the same problems

Yes mine wouldn't load pages last night either and it's no better today.

I can get on the front page but not the others

I am uploading my e-books onto a new website

Ah well nice to keep busy on my day off

Hopefully freewebs will come back to life soon, it did this a while ago I seem to remember and did come back.

I have been looking for a help / support button but can't find one

i had a webs.com account and had terrible problems with it. they are a US based provider and are not that bothered about us in the UK. It was a problem with anyone with Sky broadband...but cos that didnt affect the US we were fobbed off for three weeks....so i left. I was not the only one

all can suggest is get on their help forum and make a complaint....you will find many others in your plight too.


BTW i paid some money and got a MRsites website...its never failed me!

ypu have to join the forum on the webs website. then look for posts regarding this problem.

click the support button on the top right of your dashboard (its the set up page of your site)

then find community help.
