Hate having to turn people away

I can't belive the the amount of calls I have had lately for under 1's, I have just taken on a new lo aged 6months, since I took him on I have had about 3 calls for under 1yrs all wanting childcare asap, which is so annolying as I have a 2 spaces one is available now & the other end of June. Just wish I could apply for a variation for 2 under 1's as I know I can cope, I have a very nice triple pushchair, MPV etc.

I looked on childcare.co.uk and saw that someone needed holiday time only so I contacted them and secured the contract the same week that I secured a term time only one

so different from 2 years ago when I was desperate for work.
