first inspection!!

hiya i've heard from ofsetd and have got my first inspection next week. am very nervous!! she seemed very friendly on the phone though, but what type of things do i need? what will she ask to see, and what type of questions will she ask? anything i need that may not have been thought of? sorry about all the questions!!

Ofsted inspectors are usually really friendly and nice so try not to panic too much. As long as you know all your children well and have all the required paperwork (have a good look around the forum) and can show you have an inclusive practise and work in partnership with the parents you will get on fine.
A tip - don't forget to ask your inspector of ID before letting her in, get her to sign herself in and out and ask her to drink her tea in the kitchen!

Just make sure your paperwork is all up to date, that you have completed parent questionaires, if you have any kids who go to nursery or pre-school, show that you have contacted them to show 'working in partnership' and if you can, make a little laminated A4 book of all the photos you have of the kids doing things.
But the main thing to do is to relax on the day (you can do all the panicking and running around the day before ) That's what I did , but then I was all ready for her.
