Breakfast, Lunch and snacks are included in my fees, but I charge £1.75 for tea. This is purely to put people off asking me to feed their children at tea time though because I like to eat with my own family at 6pm when hubby comes home and don't want to have to make 2 teas.
all food is included in my price x
all my snacks are included in my fee's but i charge 50p for a small breakfast, £1 for a light lunch £1.25 for tea.
I charge 2.00 for tea to put people off wanting me to feed their children as I also like to eat with my hubby and children together. All other food is included.

I charge £2 per day & thats for all meals
I include food in my charges - breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and tea
My hourly fee includes snacks and drinks but meals are extra.
So far, everyone brings a packed lunch which suits me just fine And I only have 1 mindee here at tea time, twice a week. She is 1 but still has jars so Mum just sends one of them along. I dont have any here for breakfast.
I dont charge any extra for food. All in fee. Makes it easier for me.
All snacks and drinks are included in my fees but i charge for breakfast, lunch and dinner
I include all food for those who are with me during the day but charge £1.25 for tea for after-schoolers

Breakfast, morning snack, lunch and after school snack are all included in my fees. I don't do any dinners at the moment and not sure I want to. Guess if someone came along and it all worked out, I'd do it for £2.00 (because the child would just eat what we are having and my dinners are all pretty darned good, lol).
Why is "phonics" not spelled the way it sounds?
I include breakfast (for children here at 8am) and all snacks. Lunch is a cooked meal at £1.50 and I will provide a light tea (sandwiches, jacket potatoes, soup) for £1.00

I'm just putting my meal charges up as I haven't for a while:
Breakfast £1.40
Lunch £1.50
Dinner £2.00
Afterschool snack & drinks are included.
since i started i have never charged for snacks , drinks , lunch its all in the price . but have stated to the parents that after school i will give them a snack or sanwich ect , but will not cook as i too have my dinner when they have gone with my family . i tried at first to charge a price for dinners so parents would be put off to ask me to cook but they still wanted to pay & me cook so i changed it x

Life may not be the party we hoped for.......but while we're here we should dance!
Thank you for all the great advice - I planned on charging £3.25 an hour - I just thought that if I included food in this it was a bit of a bargin - perhaps I'll have to consider £3.50 per hour...... anyone any advice on this???
Oh I can't wait until I've got this set in my own mind - I've just had a look on our local CIS website for other minders rates in the area and there are none stated so no guidence to be found there!
