    Default help writing a quick note please

    hi to cut along story short one of my lo dads have been made reduntant have 2 lo one at school 1 with me fulltime but finishing july to go to school ive spoken to mum and and asked her if she wanted to terminate eldest contract i only have her in hols.i no there struggling money wise. and also mean i had hols off. she has said yes thanks and would keep other lo off in hols as well but pay me half fee. mum is terrible at changing things to suit her so feel like i need to put this in writing. have termination letter but it doesnt seem apropriate on this ocassion any help pleaaaaaaaaaaase!!

    can you write something like, 'To confirm our earlier conversation regarding the arrangement for childcare for x and y. The hours required are x and the agreed payment for this period will be'
