I have a parent visiting at 1pm today i.e. in 26 minutes!!!

She wants Mon- Fri for a 10 month old and to start tomorrow!!!

Am quietly confident - as one she needs care to start tomorrow and two, cos she only lives a 10 min walk round the corner from me!!

I shall update you later - hopefully with good news!!

Yes!!!

She signed, so little one starts tomorrow!!

She wanted 10.30 - 5.30 but I had said to her already that the 10.30 start is a bit awkward as we are at clubs/drop in at that time. So we have negotiated that contract start time will be 9.30 and that I will only charge half for that first hour as its for my convenience.

He was an adorable little thing and quite happily made noises and played - which surprised mum. Then he fussed when they had to go!!!

Mum said she thought my paper work was very professional and organised but she had seen what was the most important and that was that LO was happy with me!!!

So I now only have one 3 day vacancy - so I am as full as I want to be!!

Hope things start picking up for others too!!!

And thats for the Good Luck wishes/vibes - they really worked!!!

I've turned away 3 full timers {yeah I know but didn't feel well enough to cope with fulltime babies**
Now I've lost another schoolie {hopefully I'll get him back when dad gets a job** and lost loads from being in hosp having blasted gallbladder out.
Starting to panic.
