    Default Enquiry for twins

I have just had an enquiry for care for twins starting in January 2011. It's a long time since i had any enquiries for full timers and I'm feeling a bit lost. I know that 2011 is a long way off and I don't have space available until September anyway,

do I ask for a deposit in September if mum wants to book me?

    Should I offer a discount?

Also mum asked about a term time only contract as she is a teacher, I was thinking maybe i could do this but charge her a slightly higher rate, what do you think?

I want school holidays off (not likely in this lifetime, but I can hope ).

I would definitely consider charging a higher term time only fee, and I would ask for a deposit from Sept.

    Fingers crossed for you.

I only work term time but I don't charge a higher term time only rate as that is what I have chosen to do. I have asked for a retainer though for those wanting January as I have a space from Sept.

    Thanks guys

I was thinking maybe of asking for a deposit which would go towards fees when they start, then only asking for a retainer to keep the space if I am approached by someone else looking for childcare
