Default Switching from Formula to Cows Milk

Mindee has turned one and my tin of forumula had ran out and so had mums so she just said to give her full fat cows milk which I have. She now has terrible runny poo with a red bum. She had the S&D a couple of weeks ago and don't think its that. Do you think its the milk?

Oh bless it could be... there's no real way of telling except to go back to formula, wait a while for whatever is happening to clear up and then try the cow's milk again.

All my three were dairy intolerant but were constipated rather than the runs. These are like water so could be another bug, we are both still sterilising the bottles though.
