Do you fill that babysitting checklist EVERY time you babysit for the same family?

I've just picked up my first babysitting booking for this Wednesday and it may the same hours every couple of weeks (as and when needed).

It seems a bit pointless to fill in that form every 2 weeks if everything is the same, but it says you should do this on the notes.

Is it actually a legal requirement to complete the form in the first place?

Also, do you put babysitting money through your childminding books?

No I only have one checklist per family and only change it if there are significant changes.

You have to complete/use it for the insurance to be valid
