new ofsted complaints number

there was a recent thread regarding new numbers , which i wrote down and stuck on my poster - 0300 1234666.
I had a visit from a cm yesterday who had been recently inspected and was given the number 0300 1231231

anyone know which is right , as i have O on monday

Hi Kath I just checked Ofsted website and it says help line number 03001231231 so I thought I would check Parent Poster whislt I was on, it also has this number on .

All the posters that I use have 08456 404040. When did these numbers change then?

Dont know, but its very sneaky of them, they are using the same poster , but with a new numbers .

Checked back to the old thread, Sarah707 queried with ofsted and it says 0300 123 4666 is for complaints the other number 0300 123 1231 for general enquiries, but the parent poster says that anything about your childcare including concerns should be 0300 123 1231 so are we any the wiser!

I think it is easier to stick to 08456 404040 and let their switchboard sort it out

sorry ladies , automatically asked on here rather than checking the ofsted website. your right , it gives the 1231231 no for enquiries and the 666 number for complaints on there . oh well , will have something to say to her if she mentions it x
