What a lovely gesture

A parent called round specially tonight to bring me some flowers and choccies as a thank you for all I do for her children

I was really touched by the gesture as it was right out of the blue

So there are some nice parents out there

Me too. It is lovely when people think so much of you.

I had a indee visiting for a settlin in session and when the mum was leaving she said "Thank you, it's been like visiting family" - that comment warmed the cockles of my heart.

aw how lovely! You must be feeling very proud of yourself! It is so lovely to have to be shown appreciation for what we do, and sometimes is really needed just to reassure us that we are doing a great job!
