    Default Advice please interview.

    Hi guys have got interview on tuesday for a sessional worker for childrens sevices as im not gettin many calls just lately. can any one give me any advice please, any questions they may ask, any answers i can give???

    they'll just want to know you are a good childminder. When I had mine, I asked them lots of questiosn about the families they might expect me to work with. I was straight with them about the parents I might not work with given the young ages of my own and other mindees.

    I would ask them lots of questions about what they would expect of you, what support they would offer you etc.

    They might want to know how you feel you can support a child with additional needs or how you would encourage a parent and involve them with their child's play and learning (if that's perhaps what the issue is).

    I wouldn't worry too much - it's them who want you, they usually struggle to find half decent minders to work with so they'll be lucky to have you
