    Default Interview Tips!

Not sure if this has been done before, but just wondered if anyone had any good selling yourself tips or a plan when it comes down to meeting prospective parents?!

I could do with a little help I think, as i've had a fair few interviews since I began and only signed two I'm wondering if i'm doing something wrong!

I just sit and have a chat - go through who we all are and what we offer... answer questions, take them for a walk round and keep it nice and informal. At the end I introduce paperwork and start talking contracts etc if they seem interested...

There are a lot of time wasters out there though... a lot who I find out later have 'done the rounds'... even more who are thinking of registering and just want my paperwork...

You could ask the parents who you've signed up for ideas on how you sound to them and why they chose you... that might give you some confidence
