I'm having a really bad week I seem to be eating for England. I was really on track last week but had a bit of a celebration weekend and it's all gone downhill from there.
Even the hoodia is not helping . I've done nothing but snack all day , ate a huge spag bol for dinner and have just eaten a v large chunk of cheese and had two glasses of wine - i don't usually drink wine during the week.
I'm now feeling so cross with myself , for goodness sake how hard can it be ? I have no bl**dy willpower .....aaarrrggghhh!
