Wish me luck...today is my first paid day as a childminder!

LO will be dropped off at 11am by mummy. I have been to asda this morning and bought the cup he uses at home and some soft spoons. Got all the other stuff. He has been for two try out sessions and really settled well....relaxed and chuckling even when mum goes and returns.

So...deep breath....

He has gone home now...only have him for three hours each day. Its enough at the moment! I am the wrong side of 40 and havent looked after kids really for many many years. My two are 22 and 17!

This child can eat! he had home made cottage pie with broccoli and a mashed banana for pud. Not one morsal left!

Mummy caught LO and i rolling on the floor giggling...we were a bit breathless when we answered the door. She commented LO was more "alive" when she picks him up from me compared to his last minder. She didnt say i was more dead than the other one though!

Right cup of tea and a sit down....my back hurts!
