Hi I have been given an Avent microwave steriliser. It states on the top to put in 7 fl water, but I've no idea how long to put it in the microwve. Any ideas anyone ? Thank you.x.

Is it the round one?
I had it for DD I put in 200ml of water for 5 minutes
