um wrong people to ask, we're doing as well as we did last year (not very well) lol. I have lost a stone since beginning of Jan but i've just cut out fizzy drinks and naughty food. Some days i lapse esp if i have a bad day at work but you'll be surprised how much you can lose by just cutting out sweets, crisps, sugary drinks etc

I suggest writing a food diary for one week to see where your weakness lays and then just cut those foods out.

    Good luck hun

    eat small and regularly
cut out naughty foods (once a week treat only- will be hard for lot people tho)
make sure you eat roughly same times every day.
sit down and chew your food properly.
drink plenty of water (squash is fine)
DONT replace your sugar for sweetners as sciencists have discovered people find it hard shift weight.
cut out crisps and bread (bread can be eaten just only small amount a day)as much as possible
exercise - walks, get off bus one stop b4 u need (long it sensable distance for walking to destination) walk up and down stairs more too helps

main thing is to look in mirror every day and say your beautiful (coz when you believe in your self you help your self)

hope that helps hun .and all others that read this that want advice
