Becoming a full member and putting on a pic

hiya im just wondering wat u have 2 do 2 become a full member or how long it takes? Also id like 2 put a picture up but there doesnt seem 2 b an option in the edit avator bit for me 2 do this, can anyone help pls?!?!?!? thanx

The best thing would be to go to the member information section and have a read of all the threads, your questions and probably others that you didn't know you wanted to ask yet
