Default working out holiday days - please help!

    My brain hurts

Thought I had this all sussed - child has 4 weeks holiday pro rata as free days, was contracted to be here 4 days a week - so 16 days across the year in total.

BUT - 6 months in he is now 5 days a week - so how much holiday is that now? Oh it's too hard, my brain hurts.

He's taken about 12 days I think. I should add them up. He is abroad a lot! Off skiiing soon (him not me) and I wanted to put what was left on the next invoice.

Can anyone with more sense than me help? Please?

If it is a 50/50 split then it is 4 days x 2 weeks and 5 days x 2 weeks so 18 days per year
