After replying to Gareths tweet earlier about him wanting mindees i said me too.

I have had 3 enquiries today!!

1 was for sat [1 every month - another post] siblings
1 was mon & thurs
then another for siblings full time but as i have B on tus & thus i could only have 1 of the children for 3 days the other 5 days. [did say there maybe someone to look after 1 day]

i'm hoping the last one comes back and says yes would really help as I have been thinking on the days im off {mon weds & fri] i would go back part-time to my job i gave up beofre mat.leave

so fingers crossed that wont come to it.

If you got full time siblings, you could always apply for a variation for the 2 days' overlap. (after you'd started with them at 3 days)

I would start the 2 full timers on the days you can do and then a month later apply for a variation. This was suggested to me in the summer when I had a similar enquiry and could do all but one day for siblings.

I had 2 enquiries last week and both signed and start this week, so hopefully yours will come off too.
