daily checks

So i think im sorted with most of my main RAs thanks to everyone here pointing me in the right direction. but still a bit confuzzled regarding daily checks.
some tell me i need a daily ticklist , others that a need a full daily sheet , or i can just sign my diary to say i have completed daily check. One outstanding cm locally does none of the above , just monthly ones.

I thought i would put this one in my daily file to show what i check each day. can you see any mistakes or things ive missed? and will just writing 'ras checked' in my diary suffice.

I have a similar list and tick each day noting anything I need to do like turn up fridge if temp is lower than normal.

Might just have the list and write a note in diary to say I have checked everything and add extras in there daily - save paper!

Looks fine to me
