Amazing! What are you doing to lose weight?
Why is "phonics" not spelled the way it sounds?

1/2 lb could be because you are due a period or just need a poo (sorry no other way to put it) or just fluid. Keep up the good work.

Do you think i could claim for a gastric bypass through my accounts! It would be so nice to not have to watch every thing i eat.

Im doing Slimming world, a friend of mine goes along aswell, and shes doing brilliantly, she weighed the same as me with about the same amount of weight to loose, and shes lost around 17lbs in about 8 weeks!!

I cant tell you how pleased I am with this diet, without visiting you and talking your ear off for 3 hours LOL

    Take care xx
