Default What time is considered as overnight care?

This may sound silly, but i cannot remember now..but at what limit on time is there for overnight care?

When Ofsted came out, I didn't bother to reg for overnights but now have had an enquiry from hospital worker. She needs care up until 12 midnight on some occasions. Would this be ok, or am I not allowed to do this unless I reg for overnights?

    Nannying at moment..

You don't really need overnight registration to work until midnight. Overnight registration is designed to cover you for when you are asleep and still caring for a child overnight until the next day.
I'm not paranoid - the world IS out to get me!
