I am supposed to be doing my policies and procedures this evening, but I've been busy surfing around this extremely helpful forum. However, I can't access some attachments that I've come across, is this because I've not passed the "magic" number of posts?

Right, I'm off to scatter paper all over the floor and see what I've got to date and what I need to re-do from last time round (I used to mind from 2004-2005, then moved overseas), had to come back and do everything again.
