Can I be cheeky and ask if anyone has an invoice I can look at?
I have a 4 weekly payer and think it would be easier to give them an invoice the Friday before the payment is due to remind them

I use this one adapted to suit my needs. Always with my fees policy printed on the back so there can be no confusion
