OMG they want to come for a chat

ive just had a phone call off a parent who i gave notice to last week. They didnt turn up yesterday so i rang and asked if the little one was coming and she said no.
They have already breached their contract as they were ment to go full time as of the 5th oct but didnt as they couldnt afford it. which i was very understanding about.
Also she rang and informed me she would be dropping off an hour early last week 7am!!! (didnt ask if it was alright just told me)
Theres been several times where she's picked but an hour late.

Just stand firm with everything your unhappy about!

They might want you to carry on having her! I would insist on having a new contract drawn up and a new settling in period on contract if you decide to keep her!
