help with network paperwork plz

Hi all
Hopefully i have put this in the correct section????
i am working towards joining my local childminding network and am in the process of filling out the initial paperwork only thing is i am having a bit of a moment and i have tried looking everywhere for something i can put in the box for
Recent developments in childcare/childminding?
i really cant find anything on the internet that i think is suitable, i did think perhaps just say that due to all of the recent headlines about phones and cameras in a setting that all settings are now following guidelines about all visitors to turn off there phones?
could someone help me plz
