Just wanted to say that if this is the one in the hazy clear folder (if you know what I mean) Well I had my inspection last week and told Mrs O trying to get on a food hygiene course. She said she had information about a great package about food hygiene (showed her my folder) she said thats it and that it is just as good as any food hygiene course...so well worth sending off for.
