I feel guilty

all of my family have been ill over the past fortnight with sickness bug. I have obeyed the 48hr rule and have worked the odd day during this time.

Unfortunately this bug seems to have quite a long incubation period.

Anyway one of the mindees has come down with it today and I feel sooo bad. I don't know why because I have bleached/antibac everywhere, and have cancelled work on sick days etc. Mum has been fine about it too.

Oh why do I beat myself up about silly things

unfortunatly it happens, no matter how much you clean as we cant kill all of the airborn germs.

stop feeling guilty before you make yourself ill again, 90% of the population get ill this time of year.

we always feel gulity when we shouldn't

hope everyone is back on there feet soon. I do a risk assesment when anyone poorly, on what I would do around the house to stop the spread of infection because I too worry like you lol
